By accessing, browsing, or using the GoEventy platform — including our website, mobile applications, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, event organizers, and ticket buyers who access GoEventy.

GoEventy is an all-in-one event ticketing and management platform that enables organizers to create events, sell tickets, manage attendees, validate entries via QR codes, process payments, and access real-time analytics — all from a single dashboard.

Our platform includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Event creation and customizable landing pages
• Ticket type configuration (general, VIP, early bird, free, etc.)
• Secure online payment processing and payouts
• Attendee management, check-in tools, and QR code scanning
• Real-time sales analytics and reporting dashboards
• AI-assisted event content and marketing tools
• Custom solutions for enterprise and large-scale events

GoEventy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

To use certain features of GoEventy, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying GoEventy immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account details are kept secure and not shared

GoEventy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are suspected of fraudulent activity. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions or bans.

As an event organizer on GoEventy, you take full responsibility for the events you create and publish. By listing an event, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to host the event
• The event description, dates, venue, and pricing are accurate and not misleading
• Your event complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You will honor all tickets sold through the platform
• You will provide attendees with the experience reasonably expected from your listing
• You will notify GoEventy and attendees promptly of any changes, postponements, or cancellations

GoEventy acts solely as a technology platform facilitating the connection between organizers and attendees. We are not a co-organizer, partner, or agent of any event listed on our platform.

When you purchase a ticket through GoEventy, you enter into an agreement directly with the event organizer. GoEventy facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record for the event itself.

As a ticket buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and payment information at checkout
• Comply with the event organizer's rules, dress code, and venue policies
• Present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry
• Not resell or transfer tickets in violation of the organizer's stated policy
• Accept that tickets may be non-transferable and non-refundable as set by the organizer

GoEventy is not responsible for entry refusal by the organizer or venue. Admission is ultimately at the discretion of the event organizer.

GoEventy charges service fees that may be applied to ticket transactions. These fees are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or during event setup. Fees may vary depending on the pricing plan, ticket volume, and event type.

For organizers, payouts are processed after the event or on a schedule agreed upon during onboarding, minus any applicable platform fees and payment processing charges. GoEventy uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store full card details.

• All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency
• Payment is due in full at the time of ticket purchase
• Organizer payouts are subject to identity verification and fraud review
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date

GoEventy's refund policy is primarily governed by the individual event organizer's stated refund policy, which is displayed on the event listing. Organizers set their own refund terms and are responsible for processing approved refunds.

In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, GoEventy will make commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate a full refund to all ticket holders. However, payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the processor's policies.

• Refund requests must be directed to the event organizer in the first instance
• GoEventy may intervene if the organizer is unresponsive or unable to issue refunds
• Refunds for events cancelled within 48 hours will be prioritized
• GoEventy platform fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been purchased

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoEventy and may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both:

• Creating fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events
• Selling counterfeit or duplicate tickets
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct financial fraud
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading platform data without consent
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or GoEventy staff
• Circumventing security features, access controls, or authentication systems
• Impersonating another person, organization, or GoEventy employee
• Using automated bots to purchase tickets in bulk
• Violating any applicable law or regulation

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and technology on the GoEventy platform are the intellectual property of GoEventy or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any GoEventy content without our explicit written permission. By submitting content to the platform (such as event descriptions, images, or logos), you grant GoEventy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content solely in connection with operating the platform.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@goeventy.com with the relevant details.

Your privacy matters to us. GoEventy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GoEventy, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Payment data is processed by certified third-party payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Attendee data collected by organizers is governed by the organizer's own privacy policy
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoEventy and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for events that are cancelled, postponed, or materially altered by the organizer.

Either party may terminate the use of GoEventy at any time. You may close your account by contacting us or using the account settings. GoEventy may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding financial obligations (including payout balances and pending refunds) will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

GoEventy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of GoEventy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
